To ensure system security, Windows developers suggest working under an experienced user account, and running programs as needed as an administrator. In versions of Windows Vista and Windows 7, constant UAC prompts for confirmation can be very annoying for the happy computer owner.
Instructions
Step 1
Expand the Administrative Tools node in Control Panel and click the Services snap-in. Find "Secondary Login" in the list. Call the context menu by right-clicking on the service name and select "Properties". In the "Startup type" box, check the "Disabled" list. In the "Status" section, click "Stop" and confirm the decision by clicking OK.
Step 2
In Vista and Windows 7, you can turn off the User Account Control service - the very annoying UAC that issues requests. In the "Control Panel" open the "Accounts …" node and click the "Change control settings …" link. Move the level slider to the lowest position. UAC will no longer remind of itself.
Step 3
In the program launch line (called by the Win + R combination), enter the msconfig command and in the system configuration window go to the "Service" tab. Find "Disable UAC" in the list and click "Start".

True, Windows developers strongly advise against disabling this service, fearing the system's vulnerability to malware. You can try to run programs without being prompted by UAC. Mark the program shortcut with the cursor and press Ctrl + Enter - the program will immediately start as administrator.
Step 5
Right-click on the program's shortcut and select "Properties" from the drop-down menu. Go to the "Shortcut" tab and click "Advanced". Put the flag in the "Run as administrator" checkbox. In the "Compatibility" tab, check the "Run as administrator" item. In the drop-down menu, you can immediately select the "Run as administrator" item.
Step 6
Call the program launch line with the Win + R combination or mark "Run" in the "Start" menu. Enter the required command and apply the combination Shift + Ctrl + Enter. The program will run as administrator without UAC prompt.
