The cause of the problem lies in the change of the document file format. To make it clearer, find on your hard drive documents created in different versions of Microsoft Office Word (2003 and 2007). One file will have a.doc extension and the other.docx. In this case, you need to perform format conversion so that the specified string does not appear anymore.

After converting the doc to docx format, this problem will be eliminated, but a new task immediately appears. The docx format cannot be opened with standard tools, so you have to find a compromise. The simplest solution would be to create a copy of the file with a different resolution. You will open a document with the.doc extension in MS Word 2003, and with the.docx extension in the MS Word 2007 editor.

If you are afraid to get confused in copies of files, it is recommended to use an alternative option: always save in docx format, but for the MS Word 2003 version you will have to install a special add-on.

Open any browser and go to the following link https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en-us/default.aspx. After downloading and installing this add-on, open any document through MS Word 2003. Now you can not only open files with the docx extension, but also save in this format. To test the work of the add-on, open any document, click the "File" menu, select the "Save As" item.
