Step 1
First, call the toll-free number 88007008000. After the operator answers you, leave a request for connection. To do this, you will need to indicate some passport data, as well as the address where the cable Internet should be installed. Do not forget to agree on the arrival time of the installers.
Step 2
Purchase a card in advance to pay for Beeline services. Its face value should not be less than your future monthly subscription fee. Prepare your computer for the arrival of specialists.
Step 3
After laying the cable and setting up the Internet connection, be sure to go to your personal account (lk.beeline.ru) and change your password. If for some reason you need to reconfigure your Internet connection yourself, follow these steps.

The easiest way is to download and run a program that will automatically configure your internet connection. Follow the link help.internet.beeline.ru. Click the Download Settings Wizard button.
Step 5
Install the downloaded application and restart your computer. If necessary, disable your antivirus software or firewall. Now launch the program shortcut, enter the username and password specified in your agreement, and click the "Connect" button.
Step 6
If you want to configure the connection yourself, then open the Network and Sharing Center and go to the "Setting up a new connection or network" item. Now click on the item "Connect to the workplace". In the next window, select the "Use my Internet connection (VPN)" option.
Step 7
In the "Internet address" field, enter tp.internet.beeline.ru. Provide a name for your connection. Click "Next". Enter your username and password. You do not need to fill in the Domain field. Click the Connect and Close buttons.
Step 8
Now open the properties of the created connection. Go to the "Security" tab. In the "VPN Type" field, specify the L2TP parameter. Select "optional" from the Data Encryption menu. Now check the box next to "Allow the following protocols" and select only CHAP. Click the "Apply" button to save the settings.
