Step 1
Right click on your computer desktop. In the list of commands that appears, select New - Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation. This program is designed to create multimedia presentations. PowerPoint is included in the standard Microsoft Office package. You can also always open it through the Start menu, in the All Programs section, in the Microsoft Office folder. When PowerPoint opens, you will see a familiar interface, reminiscent of the Word text editor window. Go to the top menu bar and click the Home tab. Create a new multimedia presentation from multiple slides. Fill each slide with useful information. Use ready-made layouts for speed and convenience.

Find the Animation section on the menu bar. There you can set all kinds of effects for the whole slide, as well as for individual elements of the slide. The first step is to set the way the presentation pages change. It can be very different - "chess", "dissolution", "flash", "blinds", "emergence from the center", etc. After that, the slides will be replaced in the most extraordinary way - floating out from the side, flying out in the form of a spiral, dissolving and emerging in the form of beautiful patterns. In order for the presentation pages to change automatically, check the box next to the "Automatically after" command. Set the slide transition options - transition speed, play time, transition sound, click-to-play or auto-play.

Go to the text itself, which is contained on each slide. If you want to make the inscriptions move gracefully, appear effectively, move and disappear, then you need to select them. Next, click on the "Animation Settings" button. It is located on the left side panel, at the very top. After pressing the button, a small service window will appear. Select the Add Effect command with the arrow. An additional list of functions will appear. Adjust the effects of entry, exit, selection, paths and more. After that, all the animation effects will be played in the mode you have chosen - "on click", "with the previous", "after the previous" (ie automatically). To start the presentation, click the top tab "Slide Show", then the command "From Beginning".
