An extract is an accounting document in which all movements on the current account are recorded, i.e. crediting and debiting of funds. In the 1C program, you can simultaneously keep records of several accounts of an organization of different types, names and content. It can be ruble, currency, main and additional accounts. It is possible to generate a bank statement in the 1C program only if you have a bank document.

Step 1

In the main menu of the program, select the command "Documents" / "Statement", or the command "Journals" / "Bank".

Step 2

On the toolbar, click the "New line" icon, the insert button, or call the "Actions" / "New" command in the main menu.

Step 3

In the upper part of the entry form, the number is indicated automatically, enter manually in the "from" line or select the required statement date using the button with the calendar image.

Step 4

Press insert or click on the first line of the statement. In the first line "Purpose of payment" enter the content of the transaction.

Step 5

Press Enter or move the mouse cursor to the second line "Cash flow". Using the button with dots, select from the directory the type of movement that defines the object of analytical accounting on accounts "51" and "52".

Step 6

The line “Corr. account "will be automatically filled in if all information has been correctly entered into the directory" Cash flow ". If the invoice is not filled in, it must be entered manually from the chart of accounts.

Step 7

If the data is correctly filled in the directory "Cash flow", "Sub-account type" is filled in automatically.

Step 8

In the lines "Subconto 1", "Subconto 2", "Subconto 3" indicate the objects of analytical accounting themselves. To do this, click the button with dots and select the required data from the directories.

Fill in the line "Income" or "Expense". In these fields, write down the amount received or spent. For each line of the statement, fill in only one of these details: crediting or debiting.

Step 10

Fill in the "Payment document" line by clicking on the button with dots, from the journal of payment documents select the document on the basis of which the movement on the current account is carried out. This part of the statement can be filled in manually. In the lines of the date and number of the document, enter the appropriate data.

Step 11

To automatically fill in the data in the statement, press the button "selection by payment documents" and select the necessary payment order in the journal that opens. Click OK. The data will be entered into the statement based on the selected document.

Step 12

Under the table, click on the "Show balances" button and you will see how much was debited, how much was received, how much was at the beginning of the day and how much money is left on the account. Then click the "Burn" and "OK" buttons.
