To restore the system to the state it was in before the crash, you can try using the System Restore tool, which will return the system files and settings to the state in which they were at the specified time.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the Start menu and go to System Restore.

In the window that opens, select the "Restore an earlier state of the computer" radio button and click the "Next" button.

In the "Select checkpoint" window, specify the date to which you want to roll back the system, and the description of the selected restore point will be displayed in the right window.
Step 4
After clicking the "Next" button, a window will appear to confirm the actions to be performed. At this stage, you need to make sure that the control point is selected correctly, if necessary, you can return to the previous step. Click "Next".
Step 5
The process of restoring the system will begin, depending on the volume of the restored parameters, it can be quite lengthy.
After the end of the process, the computer will be restarted, and information on the results of the work will appear on the monitor screen.
If, as a result of the actions taken, the problem has not been resolved, then you can repeat the system restore by selecting a different checkpoint.
