When processing video clips, it is often necessary to extract a specific segment. This process is easily accomplished using the application included in the Nero Multimedia Suite.

Instructions
Step 1
Install the specified software by downloading the installation files from the developer's site. Restart your computer after completing this process.
Step 2
Start Nero Burning Rom or Nero Express. Go to the Nero Vision menu. It can be accessed through the Favorites tab. Wait for the launch of the working window of this program.
Step 3
Open the Actions menu and select Make Movie. Start Windows Explorer and open the folder containing the desired video file. Move its icon to the Nero Vision program window.
Step 4
Activate the visualization strip by selecting the desired item (Timeline) in the "View" tab. Move your cursor over the position marker that appears at the top of the storyboard strip.
Step 5
Move the marker position to the starting frame of the fragment that you want to delete. Press the left mouse button and move the marker to the end frame. After selecting the extra element, press the Delete button.
Step 6
Perform this algorithm as many times as necessary to delete other unnecessary parts of the video clip. Now combine the rest of the video. To do this, move them in the visualization bar.
Step 7
Open the File tab and go to Export. Wait for the new menu to start. Choose a ready-made template from the available options. If you do not want to change the format of the video clip, leave this field blank.
Step 8
Select a folder to save the resulting clip. Click the Export button and wait for the Nero Vision program to exit.
Step 9
If you want to experiment with the available templates, click the Save button before starting the export function. This will allow the program to remember the current location of frames in the video. If the clip creation fails, reopen Nero Vision and start the saved project. Try using different options when exporting the clip.
