Step 1
Download and install the Nero software on your personal computer. after the installation is complete, reboot. Next, to cut the video, start the Nero Vision program. A window will appear in front of you. In it, find the item "Create a movie or slideshow".

Set the desired video and audio settings, then click the OK button to confirm the continuation of the work. A window with the editor's workspace will appear in front of you. In the upper right corner, find the "Import" button. Click on it once. Select "Import File". A dialog box will appear.

Change to the directory containing the file you want. Click on it once with the left mouse button, then click "Open". You can do it differently. Find the file you need in Explorer and drag it to the workspace of the program.
Step 4
Move the file that appears in the "Video" tab to the "timeline" to cut the video in Nero. The Artboard is located at the bottom of the workspace of the program. Find the toolbar. It is located on the right side of the window.
Step 5
Find a tool called "Cutter". He is depicted in the form of scissors. Click "Cutter" anywhere in the video. This will split the video into two parts. Divide the video file into the required number of parts, and then cut off all unnecessary ones.
Step 6
Select "Standard Tool" from the toolbar. It will help remove unnecessary parts. It is depicted as a standard arrow. Right click on the part of the video that you do not need. A context menu will appear. In it, select the "Delete" function.
Step 7
Delete all other unnecessary parts of the video in the same way. You can not only cut a video in Nero, but also mount it there. Slide the remaining pieces towards each other so that they dock. Then save the result. After that, click on the "Export" button and select the "Export to video file" option. Select the desired audio and video settings. Exporting will take some time.
