Step 1
Skype is a program for computers and mobile devices. With its help, you can call other users using the Internet, as well as exchange messages and files. There are both paid and free features. Skype also provides some business services, such as the Skype Manager feature that lets you create different accounts, assign subscriptions, manage features, and even transfer funds. So, Skype is up and running. The left menu contains the main Skype page (house icon), a dialer (handset), the ability to create groups (several people), add contacts (a little man with a plus sign). Just above the menu is user information with the username. Now you can make calls, chat with friends, family and colleagues, and add new acquaintances.

As such, there is no reboot in Skype. If the program is frozen, you can end the program through the task manager. The task manager can be invoked by pressing Ctrl + alt="Image" + Delete. After that, you will be taken to Windows Security, in which you can select the "Start Task Manager" item from the five possible options for using the system. Now select Skype and click on "remove task". After confirmation, Skype will end.
Step 5
If Skype is working properly, then restarting it is an exit from it and then a new start. In order to exit the program, click on Skype in the top menu bar. In this menu, you can change your status, personal data, manage your account, etc. At the bottom of the drop-down menu, there are also "log out" and "close" functions. When you select "close", the program will be minimized, but it will not be exited. To close Skype, select "log out".
