In some organizations, the task sometimes appears to clear the 1C: Enterprise database of tens of thousands of obsolete documents without losing the contents of the directories. There are several ways to do this operation, each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the Document Handling tool window. Select all documents for the specified period to be deleted. Using the mechanism "Deleting marked objects" delete the selected documents.
The disadvantages of this method may be: long duration of the deletion process due to the need to preserve referential integrity, not all documents can be deleted.
Step 2
You can delete the files of the database itself with the extension ". DBF", the name of which begins with "DH" or "DT", and you will also need to delete the file 1SCONST. DBF.
After deleting the specified files, it is necessary to test the database, during which these files, but already empty, will be created again.
Step 3
When starting 1C: Enterprise, add a new database and specify the path to an empty folder. Start the "Configurator" mode, a new base will be created automatically. In the "Configuration" menu item, select "Load modified configuration" and select the 1CV7. MD file from the current program.
Thus, the task is reduced to transferring all directories to an identical configuration. To do this, you can use the "Data conversion" configuration, excluding the exchange of documents during the exchange.
