Search the web portal for all your contacts, including your email inbox, instant messaging numbers, and phone numbers. Contact customer support and provide them with your identification information: registration date, network name and email address.

Explain to the site administrator the reason for blocking your account. Find out the reasons for the ban, if you do not know them. Remember that it is very difficult to restore the login to an account blocked due to violation of the rules and requirements of the site.

If your account is blocked by a virus, ignore the requirement to pay a certain amount of money to a certain number. A banner with similar text that appears on the monitor is another trick of the scammers. Download an antivirus program, install it and remove the malicious element.
