It is often necessary to remove or change the background behind the person in the image. This is necessary when making photographs for documents, or simply to transfer a person to a more beautiful place. Product photography also often involves further background replacement.

Instructions
Step 1
Download Photoshop. In it, open the desired image: File - Open. Duplicate the layer: in the layers tab, right-click on it and select "Duplicate layer". Then work on the duplicate.
Step 2
It is good when the background is almost uniform in color, and the subject contrasts significantly with it. In this case, removing the background is easy. Select the Magic Wand tool and click on it. Perhaps the entire background will not stand out at once. Therefore, continue to click on its area with the "Magic Wand" while holding down the Shift key. When everything is selected, click the Delete key (after turning off the visibility of the Background layer). This will make the area around the object transparent.
Step 3
If the subject and its surroundings do not have much contrast and have common tints, you may find it difficult to quickly pick out the background. Use the Eraser tool - it paints with a background color if the image has one layer, and transparent if there are two layers. Walk it around the object. It is good when you need to remove complex shapes or small parts of the image. Use it in brush mode, for which set the appropriate parameters (opacity, diameter, etc.).
Step 4
It often happens that the border of the object around which the background was removed contains its particles and looks somewhat uneven and sloppy. This can be compensated by blurring it a little. Click Selection - Modify - Border. Set the width of the border within a few pixels, for example, five (see the situation description). Go to the "Filter" (Philtre) - "Blur" (Blur) - "Gaussian blur" (Gaussian Blur), set the radius somewhere less than one so that the border is not sharp. Deselect the selection.
Step 5
Open a pre-prepared background in the program, for example, a picture of a beach or other picturesque place. Drag it to the current document. It will move into it as a new layer. Place it under a layer with an object, for example, a person. Now man has found himself in a new background. Hit "Edit" - "Free transform" (Free transform) and, holding down the Shift key, position the new background layer in a favorable way. Press Enter to apply the changes.
Step 6
If the boundaries of the object are not clear everywhere and contain, for example, traces of the old background, use the Eraser, Burn Tool and Dodge Tool, as appropriate. The goal is to make sure the subject blends well with the new background.
Step 7
Finally, merge the layers into one: Layers - Merge layers.
