The Create Background program has become widespread among gamers and just Counter Strike lovers. It takes about 250KB and installs in a few seconds. Download this program using any search engine. Launch your browser and enter Create Background in the address bar. Click the download link for this program and specify the location where this application is saved.

As a rule, this program does not come alone, but together with a help file for working with this program. The installation file and the help file are in the archive. Unpack this archive to any folder and run the installation file. After installation, you will need to download a graphic file to your computer, with it you will replace the standard menu background.

Run the installed program. Click the Mod button in the top menu, then select the Counter Strike option (Ctrl + F1 key combination). In the new window, specify the path to the folder where the game is installed.
