You can change the default desktop background. There is a list of ready-made options, but you can also upload your own photo, picture, wallpaper. The location of the image can also be adjusted in the settings.

Step 1
On your computer desktop, right-click and select Properties from the context menu.

In the new "Properties: Display" window, the "Themes" tab is opened as standard. Go to the "Desktop" tab (the tabs are located at the top of the window).

The "Wallpaper" section contains standard pictures for the desktop background. Click on any of them and see how it appears in the example. To upload your own photo or other picture, click the "Browse" button and search on your computer. Then click the "Open" button. You can adjust the position of the picture: centered, tiled (the size of the picture is preserved, the entire desktop is filled with many pictures), stretch (the size of the picture is enlarged and stretched to the edges of the monitor, the proportions may change and severe distortion will appear). If the picture fits, click the "Apply" button and then "OK" (the sequence is important).
Step 4
Alternative way. If you find a suitable picture on your computer, you can open it, right-click on it and select "Set as desktop background". Go back to your desktop and check the result.
