The renewal process for Norton 360 can be easily completed by the user without requiring any additional software. The only prerequisite is an internet connection.
Instructions
Step 1
Call the main system menu by clicking the "Start" button and go to the "All Programs" item. Launch your Norton 360 antivirus product and click the Quick Renewal link in the lower right pane of the program window. Specify the "Fast Renewal" command and make sure you have an Internet connection.
Step 2
Indicate the version of the product you are using on the opened web page and select the required lines in the country and language catalogs. Confirm the execution of the selected action by clicking the "Continue" button and follow the recommendations of the wizard.
Step 3
Start your e-mail application and look for a message from Symantec. Open the received message and find the renewal code in the body of the letter. Quit Norton 360 and return to the main Start menu. Go to the "Settings" item and open the "Control Panel" link. Expand the Date and Time node and make sure the system date and time is correct. If necessary, make the necessary corrections and save the changes by clicking the "Apply" button. Apply them by clicking OK.
Step 4
Launch the Norton 360 antivirus application again and open the Account menu in the upper service bar of the application window. Expand the "Renew subscription" node in the dialog box that opens and apply the check box in the line "I have already purchased a subscription and I will enter the renewal code in the next field." Type the saved code in the appropriate fields of the required line and confirm its correctness by clicking the "Next" button.
Step 5
Make sure you have a working internet connection and click Next again. Use the Finish command on the web page that opens and run the LiveUpdate application to get all possible updates for Norton 360 Antivirus.
