These updates are made by the program via the Internet automatically, after the user purchases a personal antivirus license from the developer. Step 1
Open the Eset Nod32 Antivirus program window. To do this, double-click on the antivirus icon in the system tray. Or run the program via the Start button menu. Select "Start" - "All Programs", then "Eset" and then "Eset Nod32 Antivirus".
Step 2
In the right half of the main window of the program, the modes of operation of the application are displayed. Select the first tab "Protection Status". On the left, information from the developer will appear with a link where you can purchase or renew a Nod32 license. Click on this link and follow all the steps to purchase a license.
Step 3
After receiving a new username and password from the developer, go to the "Update" tab in the program. Enter the information about the new license into the antivirus. To do this, click on the link "Username and password settings" in the window. Enter the new password and username in the appropriate fields of the form that appears. Click "OK", after which the program will check the entered license. Nod32 antivirus will be able to continue working and update the virus database.
