Account protection will restrict the rights of “secondary” users, prevent the installation of some programs, “close” access to important settings, and prevent viewing documents that are stored in the primary computer user account. You need to create an account with administrator rights and set a password on it. To do this, open the "Start" menu and select "Control Panel". Find the shortcut "User Accounts" and click on it.

Click on "Create Password". In the top line of the window that appears, enter the password for the account, repeat it in the line below to confirm.
