With this free and simple utility, suitable for all drives up to 16 GB, you can protect your flash drive with a password, without which no one can see the information stored on the flash drive.
Step 3
After downloading, copy the USB Safeguard program directly to the root directory of the flash drive, after which the program can be removed from the computer.
Step 4
Run the program on the USB flash drive. She will ask you to enter a password - think about it so that the password is really complex and difficult to guess. Write it down in a safe place that no one else has access to, and enter the password you have created in the program window. Confirm the password and click OK.
Step 5
From this moment on, the data on your flash drive is encrypted with sufficient quality so that no one can hack it. The only way to open the information contained on the drive will be a password, so try not to forget or lose it - otherwise, the flash drive will become inaccessible not only to the robbers, but also to you.
