A huge number of Internet users have already encountered a virus that prevents the operating system from starting. Fortunately, quite a few techniques have been developed to disable this ad module.

Instructions
Step 1
If you come across a banner that pops up after loading the operating system, then remove the files that cause it to appear on your own. Reboot your laptop or computer. Press and hold the F8 key. In the menu that opens, select the "Windows Safe Mode" option.
Step 2
Open the "My Computer" menu and go to the Windows directory located on the system partition of your hard drive. Now open the System32 folder. Find and delete files with names ending with the letters lib and their extension is.dll, for example, fqxlib.dll.
Step 3

Step 4
Enter the data specified in the virus banner in the special fields. Click the Find Code or Get Code buttons. Try to enter the suggested combinations in the field of the advertising window. After entering the correct password, the virus should shut down.
Step 5
If you cannot find a suitable code, then use the system recovery disc (Windows XP) or the Windows Vista or Seven installation disc. In the first case, select the "System Restore" option. Specify the restore point created before the virus splash screen occurred.
Step 6
If you are using Windows Seven or Vista, then in the third window of the installation menu, select "Advanced recovery options". Now click on the "Startup Recovery" item. After fixing the boot files, the computer will automatically restart. Repeat the procedure described in the second step to prevent the virus splash screen from reappearing.
