Step 1
There are many proven ways to get rid of all kinds of viral banners. The simplest and most logical is to choose an unlock code. There are special sites for this. Launch a browser on an uninfected computer or phone.

Follow this link https://www.esetnod32.ru/.support/winlock. This is the official Russian website of ESET. Enter the text of the advertising banner or the phone number contained in it in the special fields. Click the "Match Code" button. The system will offer you several options for passwords

Substitute them in the ad box field. If none of them turned out to be correct, then try to repeat this operation by opening the links https://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/deblocker and https://www.drweb.com/unlocker/index. In the latter case, you can choose the banner displayed on your screen from existing screenshots

If for some reason you could not find the correct code, then use the Dr. Web Curelt utility. Download it from the site https://www.freedrweb.com/cureit. Run the program and activate the system scan process

In the event that the advertising window did not disappear after checking the system with the above utility, try to find the virus files yourself. Go to the system32 folder of the Windows directory.
Step 6
You can also open a search box and specify a given folder. Find files with dll extension. Select from them those whose names end with the letters lib, for example: htrlib.dll, sidlib.dll and so on. Delete all these files.
Step 7
After getting rid of the ad window, turn on your antivirus. Run a full scan of all local drives.
Step 8
Download CCleaner or RegCleaner. Install and run the downloaded program. Use it to clean and repair registry files.
