Instructions
Step 1
The basic precautions and safety precautions when cleaning an inkjet printer should be known to everyone, not even an hour, and someone will need to disassemble the printer. The main thing is that the printer is de-energized, i.e. the printer's power cord has been unplugged from the outlet. Then we take a screwdriver and, by loosening the bolts, remove the back cover of the printer. This is where you need to be careful.
Step 2
Pay attention to any areas where ink may be sprayed from the cartridge. It must be wiped off with damp wipes. Wet wipes are always used as a last resort, the best option is ordinary paper napkins with isopropyl alcohol applied to them. It allows you to erase any dried paint from plastic and iron products. It is also used to clean CDs that are hard to read. When cleaning surfaces with caked paint, the napkins break from time to time, so try to change the napkins as often as possible so that pieces of paper do not remain inside the printer.
Step 3
Paper jams when exiting the printer are caused by dirty rollers. After you've cleaned the main parts of the inside of your inkjet printer, you need to move on to these rollers. It is very simple to find them - they are on the sides and have a specific color due to the fact that the paint over time lay on them unevenly. Therefore, lumps or blobs of paint appear on the rollers, which, when the paper advances, affects its integrity.
After you have cleaned everything, you can safely close the case, connect the printer to the network and check it for operation.
