Windows offers users a very convenient remote desktop feature. It allows a remote computer to access your desktop or, conversely, you can access the desktop of a remote computer. This is useful primarily for work. Let's say your work day is over, and you feel a natural desire to go home, but the business is not completed. You can leave the programs running on your work computer and set up access to the desktop from home, after dinner, comfortably tripled on the couch.
Instructions
Step 1
To connect to a remote desktop, you need to follow these steps:
log into the system with Administrator rights;

right-click My Computer, click Properties;

in Properties, select the Remote Use tab;

check the box "Allow remote access to this computer";
Step 5
In order to allow other users to access your desktop, you need to do the following:
log into the system with Administrator rights;

right-click My Computer, click Properties;

in Properties, select the Remote Use tab;

click Select Remote Users, click Add;

add username. You can click Advanced / Search and search for all users of the system.

Select the required user from the list of users in your group.

To connect to a remote desktop, click Start / Programs / Accessories / Communications / Connection, in the Computer line enter the name or ip of the computer.

You can carry out all manipulations with the remote desktop, as with your own: configure the desktop settings and save them; configure sound from a remote computer, programs, resources, etc.
