The S. T. A. L. K. E. R series of games and books is undoubtedly still very popular. After the release of "Shadows of Chernobyl" and add-ons to them, many mods for these games began to appear. Today, there are dozens of mods for S. T. A. L. K. E. R. that will allow you to enjoy new gameplay, graphics and storyline.
Necessary
- - disc with the game STALKER;
- - a disk with the necessary modifications or Internet access to download mods online;
- - computer;
- - a little patience.
Instructions
Step 1
First, you will need to install the original game - it's just impossible to install the mod. Install either STALKER: Shadows of Chernobyl, Clear Sky, or Call of Pripyat. Installing the original game won't give you any trouble.
Step 2
After the original game has been installed, insert the mods disc and wait for autoloading. Then select the desired modification of the game and start the installation process. Installing the mod takes about 5 minutes (the exact time will vary depending on the power and other parameters of your computer).
Step 3
If you do not have a disc with STALKER mods, you can go to any thematic site, select and download the mod you like for the game. Most of this can be done for free thanks to the many fans of the game. On similar sites, you can see screenshots of the game using mods, as well as read the description for each modification.
Step 4
After installing the mod from the disk, another shortcut will appear on your desktop, by clicking on which you can start the STALKER game with the mod. You can also play the original version of the game by clicking on the usual STALKER icon on the Desktop.
