The 1C program for an accountant is, of course, a reliable tool. Thanks to it, you can significantly increase the efficiency of running a business. It is designed to automate business, financial, management and accounting activities. However, sometimes there are cases when you need to unload data from the 1C program.

Step 1
Option one - uploading data from the 1C program from one computer to another.
First, launch the 1C platform. After the program has successfully loaded, select the required database, and then click on the "Configurator" option. From the menu that opens, activate the "Open configuration" button. After a very short period of time, a red window will appear on the monitor screen, which is called "Configuration". It presents a rather complex structure of the constituent elements.
Step 2
Now go directly to uploading a copy of the databases to another computer on which you also need to run 1C, and in the menu select the option called "Save configuration to file". After that, transfer the file you need to the second computer and place it in any place that you choose yourself. It is from it that the new database will subsequently be made.
Step 3
The next step is to complete all the steps to add the database. If the 1C platform is launched on the second computer for the first time, then the program will do everything for you. When 1C starts, a window will appear where you will see the following message: “There is no configuration in the list. Add?". In response, click "Yes".
Step 4
Select the option titled "Create a new infobase" and indicate that this database does not contain any configuration. After that select the prepared directory for the database and click "Configurator". On the monitor screen, you will see a red window that contains the various configuration items in a tree-like diagram. The only thing left to do is to download a copy of your database by selecting the option “Download information base”. At the final stage, update the database configuration. Now you can get to work.
Step 5
Option two - uploading data from 1C to some medium. In this case, everything is much simpler. In order to unload data from the 1C program, go to the main menu of this platform and do the following: select "Service" - "Data exchange" - "Unload data" in the sequence indicated. After this option, specify the required download path. After you specify the path, you should confirm your actions by clicking the "Upload" button.
