Remove your own information from the site stub. Clear the pages of information decoration. If you want to develop and then sell your own templates, then you need to learn layout, since for a template, a layout is first drawn in graphic editors, and then it is completely cut to use it on the site. In general, we can say that almost any user who knows the basics of web design will be able to upload templates.
