To perform certain tasks, such as editing photographs, creating text documents or drawings, special programs are required that are not included in the software of a personal computer. They are installed separately by purchasing discs or downloading the program from the Internet.

Step 1

When downloading a program to a computer, it is important to place it correctly in the memory of a personal computer. To do this, while downloading, first of all, follow the instructions of the installation wizard. It will help you install the program correctly. But some of the settings can be set at your discretion. How to do it?

Step 2

Insert the bootable disc into the drive. When the dialog box opens, click on the "Install" button. With this action, you start the installation wizard. The files from the disc will start downloading to your computer. But before downloading, you will be prompted to accept the license agreement. Please read it carefully. Then click on the "Agree" or "Agree" button. Otherwise, the installation will not start. If it does not start automatically, go through the shortcut "My Computer", select the drive and open it using the "Autorun" option.

Step 3

As soon as the files are downloaded, the installation wizard will prompt you to select a storage location, that is, move them from disk to computer memory. Usually, all installed programs are automatically, by default, placed on the local drive "C" in the "Program files" folder. But you can specify a different storage location. Especially if you have multiple hard drives on your computer. As practice shows, it is best to install programs on one local disk and games on another disk.

Step 4

Click on the "Browse" button. In the list that opens, select the drive where you want to save the program. Click on it and select a folder on it. This path will be saved in the query string. Click the Ok button to proceed with the installation. When the download is complete, click on the "Finish" or Ok button. Now you can run the program and work in it.
