Open the Device Manager app. To access it, open the "Start" and "Settings" menu, and then - "Control Panel". Find and run the System application in this directory. If the model is not listed, proceed to the next step.

Write down some of the company names that you see. Then use any search engine using those names as your search query. If all else fails, proceed to the next step.

Switch to MS-DOS mode and enter the following command: "gC000: 0040". After entering the command, you will receive a dozen lines of text, among which, most likely, there will be information about your video card. You can also try entering the command "g-C000: 0090". At the very least, you should get your motherboard or chipset details. That said, if you have an integrated video card, you can get the necessary driver for it, since “video drivers” are available through the board manufacturer.

Try using additional software designed to detect your computer hardware. Some of these utilities are quite good at detecting the hardware on the computer, including the video card.
Step 5
Open the computer cover, find the video card and its name. If the name of the manufacturer and model is not explicitly indicated, write down all the information that is, and use the search engine.
Step 6
If all else fails, take a picture of the video card and contact specialized forums for help. The picture must be of high quality. Light the board with an additional lamp or use a flash.
