Over time, a lot of unnecessary files accumulate in the computer of each user: pictures, sounds, videos that were once downloaded and saved, now lie and take up precious space on the hard disk. And since the amount of information is growing every day, and constantly buying new hard drives, to put it mildly, is not entirely rational, then, in the end, the user decides to take a brave step. And with a decisive click of the mouse, he removes from the screw the voluminous folders with files that he used to regret. And at the end of the operation, it triumphantly clears the Recycle Bin, mentally calculating how many gigabytes of disk space they managed to free up. However, when we suddenly remember that the deleted files were still harmful to us, we cannot avoid panic. But this is fixable.

Step 1
As Carlson said, calmness, only calmness. And the Swedish hero is right in his quest to deal with stress. It is necessary to throw away emotions and turn on a cold mind.
When removing from the hard drive using standard Windows methods, that is, emptying the Recycle Bin, the files are not actually erased. They simply cease to be visible to the operating system. Until new files are written in their place. Thus, the deleted materials are recoverable.
Recovering files on disk is not difficult. This will require special programs, for example, PC Inspector File Recovery, Recover - Drive & Data Recovery, R-Undelete and others.
Download and install any of these programs. We indicate the disk from which you want to recover information. After checking, select from the list of detected erased files those that need to be restored to life. We indicate the disk where you want to restore data. Click "OK".
Step 2
Any file can be restored from disk, but only if other information has not been written over it. Even after formatting, it is possible to recover files on the disk. In addition, recovery programs work not only with stationary hard drives, but also with other storage media, including various flash drives.
If you need to delete a file without the possibility of recovering it, use special programs to delete it.
