To create reports in the 1C system, you can contact programmers or specialized firms. However, starting with version 1C: Enterprise 8, the system has the ability to independently generate reports using data composition.

Instructions

Step 1

Run the program in the "Configurator" mode. In the "Configurations" window, select the "Reports" item, open its context menu and select the "Add" item. In the window that opens, enter the name of the report to be created, and then click the "Open data composition scheme" button.

The "Layout Designer" window will open, while in the list of layouts, only one element will be active - "Data Composition Schema". In this window, you can enter a name for the layout scheme to be created. Click the Finish button.

Step 3

The designer window of the created circuit will open.

First of all, it is necessary to select the data sources from which the information for the report will be taken. Click the Add Dataset button in the control panel, then select Add Dataset - Query. Click the "Query Design …" button.

Step 4

The "Query Design" window appears. Open the section "Accumulation register" and click on the register, the information from which will be used when generating the report. The selected table will appear in the right part of the window; double-clicking on the table name will expand the list of fields it contains. Select the fields that are required for the report. Thus, select all the fields that will be needed in the report. Click OK.

Step 5

Now you need to select the fields by which the query condition will be set. In the Data Composition Designer window, go to the Resources tab. On the left side of the window, you will see a list of all fields that can be used as a query condition, select the required fields and double-click them to move them to the right side of the window. For each selected field, in the "Expression" column, you can specify a search term.

Step 6

Go to the "Settings" tab. Click the Data Composition Settings Designer button. The designer that opens will allow you to set the report settings. Select the radio button "Table …", click the "Next" button.

Step 7

Select all the fields, information from which will be displayed in the report and click the "Next" button.

Step 8

Select the fields by which the tables, rows and columns of the report will be grouped. To do this, drag the fields to the appropriate sections - "Tables", "Rows" and "Columns". Click Next.

Step 9

If necessary, you can select the fields by which the result will be sorted. Click OK. Close the layout designer window. The newly created layout schema will now be listed in the report creation window. Click Next and finish generating the report. A new report will appear in the corresponding window of the program.
