Step 1
Remember that the presentation is an addition to the main presentation, not a replacement. Therefore, before creating a file, it is recommended to think over the concept of a response or report. It is necessary to understand what kind of thought the speech carries, for whom it is intended and how long it should last.

Open Microsoft Power Point. To do this, right-click on the desktop, click on the "Create" section and select a program. In the field that opens, click on the "Create Slide" icon. You will be presented with a standard presentation layout. You can leave it or choose another one.

Consider the design of your presentation. The program has a standard set of designs. They are located in the "Design" section. If you have not found a suitable design for yourself, then you can download an additional one or create your own background. In the latter case, you need to find the "Background Styles" section and go to "Background Format". In the menu that opens, select the "Picture or Texture" item. Then click on "File" and select the image that suits you.

Decide on pictures and music. In one case they will be appropriate, in the other they will not. If your presentation format allows you to add them to your presentation, do so. You just need to go to the "Insert" section and select the desired file. In addition to music and pictures, you can insert clips, charts, shapes, and other elements into your presentation.
