A start page is a page that opens in a browser window each time it starts or when you press a special Home button or a specific keyboard shortcut (for example, Alt-Home in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Ctrl-Space in Opera). But the home page is not always useful to the user. That is why every browser has a function to change the start page. In each browser, the change of the start page is performed according to a certain algorithm.
