But don't go to the store to buy a new computer. You can simply organize the storage of files on external media, which include disks and USB-media, simply called flash drives.

Step 1
To organize the storage of your files, you need to organize them first. Organize files and documents into folders. Folders can be sorted by creation date, file or document type. For example, place invoices in one folder, contracts in another. You yourself will determine how it is more convenient for you to bring everything into the system. This is the most optimal approach to solving this problem, so try to take it seriously.

Purchase multiple discs from the store. Place the disc in the drive. When it starts, copy the folders over to it. To do this, right-click on the folder. In the window that opens, select the "Copy" option. Then through "My Computer" open the disk window. On the taskbar, find the "Burn" command and click on it.
Step 3
Instead of copying the files, you can send them to disk. Also, right-click on a folder or file. In the menu that opens, select the "Send" command. You will see a list where you can send your file. Click on "DWD RW Drive E". The files will be sent to disk. All you have to do is click "Save". It is also worth noting that the name of the disk can be denoted by a different letter, since everything is displayed differently on computers.

It is even easier to organize the storage of files on a USB flash drive. To do this, plug it into a USB port. Then, just as in the previous case, send files, folders or documents by choosing the "Removable Media" option from the menu. And that's it, you don't need to press anything else. A flash drive is also convenient in that you can save a large amount of information on it, protect it with a password from unwanted eyes. It takes up little space, so you can store it in a drawer.

You can purchase an external USB drive with a memory capacity of 250 GB or more. You can transfer all information from your computer to it, as well as make several backups.
