Despite the fact that laser printers are becoming more and more popular, inkjet printers still have an advantage over them. And it lies in the fact that printing photos on an inkjet printer is 2 times cheaper than on a laser one. Of course, replacing a cartridge is quite expensive, so just try to refuel it.

Necessary

A set of ink for refilling your cartridge model, paper, napkins

Instructions

Step 1

To do this, buy ink that matches your printer model. Usually they are sold in syringes, three syringes each: yellow, red and blue, and of course black ink is needed.

Step 2

Remove the cartridge from the printer, if you do not know how to do it, read the instruction manual.

Take a piece of paper, preferably thicker to prevent ink from flowing through it onto the table, and place the cartridge on it with the printheads facing down.

Step 3

Peel off the top label, puncture, or carefully drill holes in the containers.

Step 4

Then remove the cap from the syringe and insert the filling needle in place of the cap (its diameter should be as small as possible).

Step 5

Insert the needle gently into the filler hole; slight resistance may occur.

Step 6

Begin very slowly to fill each container with ink according to the color. Each color is 6 ml. Let the cartridge stand for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Remove any leaked ink, then tape the holes you drilled with tape and pierce the tape with a needle over the fill holes.

Step 8

Clean the print head and cartridge contact plate with a dry cloth and reinsert the cartridge into the printer.

Step 9

Perform 1-3 test copy cycles; that's it, the printer is now ready to use again.
