Step 1
A video clip can require a lot of visual editing effects, so use a professional non-linear video editing system (like Adobe Premier Pro).
Step 2
Edit the image in accordance with the rhythm and dynamics of the composition itself. At the same time, avoid direct coincidences of rhythm and frame changes, at least do not overuse such "obvious combinations".
Step 3
If the clip is not built as a set of visual images, but as a small film, that is, it has a plot, edit based on the beginning and end of musical phrases. Combine the beginning of each new scene with a new phrase.
