Absolutely any folder or file has attributes such as the time and date the file was created, the date it was modified, and the time it was last accessed. It would seem that this data can only be created and saved by the operating system software, but it can be changed using special programs.

Instructions
Step 1
Attribute Changer allows you to change not only the attributes of any files and folders, but also their properties. Because you are only interested in how to change the creation time of the file, let's dwell on the attributes. The program interface is very simple and after installing it in the explorer context menu you can see the Change Attributes line under the "Open" command. To change the attributes of several files, just select them with the Ctrl key pressed and right-click, selecting the above line.
Step 2
There will be 6 tabs in the window that opens, you need to examine the contents of only two - Folder Attributes and File Attributes. In one tab, you can change the attributes of the selected folders, and in the other, respectively, the file attributes.
Step 3
Each tab has the options Set Date to and Set Time to. To activate them, it is enough to put a checkmark in front of the item and set the value that suits you. After clicking the Apply button, look at the properties of the changed folders or files. If everything worked out, click the Close button in the program window.
Step 4
Attribute Changer is not the only program of this class; among others, a small utility called Attribute Magic Pro can be distinguished. It can change the attributes of files and folders, including the creation time of the file, which is exactly what you need.
Step 5
After installing and launching the program, the main window of which is the file manager panel, you need to find and select files or folders (to change attributes).
Step 6
Right-click on the selected items and select Edit. In the list that appears, select Change Attributes.
Step 7
Select Change Dates and set the desired time for the file to be created. Click the Modify button to apply all changes. In the main window of the program, click Apply Changes to finally save your entered data.
