In the process of working on a computer, a situation may arise when you need to cancel the installation of a program. Not every user will immediately figure out exactly how to do this. However, this procedure does not take much time. To do this, you will need to perform several sequential steps.

Instructions
Step 1
For example, NetWare might ask you to cancel the installation. To do this, find the NetWare client itself. Go to "Start" and select "Connections". Click on the "Show all connections" column. A window will open on the screen where select "Local Area Connection". It is on it that you click with your mouse (right click). Then click the "Delete" button. A warning may appear on the screen, on which click "Yes". If NetWare is installed as a third-party client, then go to "Start" too. There select "Control Panel", where click on the "Add or Remove Programs" tab. You will see a list of those programs that you have on your computer. Scroll through all the titles to find "Novell NetWare client". Highlight this item and click either "Replace" or "Delete".
Step 2
You can also cancel the installation of the program through the command line. To do this, go to "Start". Select the "Run" section. A window will open where enter the word "regedit" (without quotes). Click "OK" to confirm the operation. Find the registry with this text: "HKLMSOFTWAREMicrosoft Windows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon". You must set the "DWORD LogonType" parameters to "1". Double click on DWORD LogonType. Then restart your computer and that's it.
Step 3
You can try another way to cancel the installation. Click on the "Start" button and select "Control Panel". Go to "User Accounts". There click on "Change user login". The welcome screen is working again, and check the box there. Click on the "Start" button and go to "Settings". There select "Network Connections" and then "Properties of your network connection". Click the General tab and there uninstall Client for Netware Networks.
