PowerPoint presentation allows you to create amateur films. Slides that are shown at conferences and presentations are designed in this application. The program options are intuitive.

Instructions
Step 1
So, select the file you want, insert it into your presentation. Open the application, click "Start", then Mickrosoft Office, then Mickrosoft Office PowerPoint.
Step 2
In the Multimedia group, find the Insert tab. Select the inscription "Video" and the line "Video from file". You will see the "Insert video" window, select the desired file from the collection using the "Browse" button.

Please note, the application cannot work with 64-bit Quick Time, Flash players. The video embedded in the program allows you to send your presentation by e-mail, record it to optical media and not worry about losing information.

Keep in mind, videos can be embedded in Mickrosoft PowerPoint 2010. Video files must be in the Clip Art Gallery. The program has ready-made layouts, embed the video in the appropriate field, this feature is indicated by a special icon in the form of a camera.
Step 5
If the presentation will be played on the same computer as it is being created, embed the video using the links. Select the Slides tab, find the Media group and the Insert tab. Click on the "Video" line, find the "Video from file" tab, insert the link to the desired video. Clicking the option "Insert", select the line "Link to file." Collect the video files and the presentation itself into one folder. Save everything together on one medium.
Step 6
Insert links to a video file from a website such as YouTube. Select the Slides tab and the layout you want. Open your browser, select the video file on the site, copy the link. On YouTube this line is called "Embed Code", find it on the right side of the web page. In PowerPoint, select the Insert option in the Media group, click Video, and then Insert File From Web Site. Confirm the actions with the "Insert" button.
