If you need to open access to a specific computer to other users, then it is recommended to disable most of the protection levels. Remember that this makes your PC defenseless against Internet viruses.
Instructions
Step 1
Turn off the separate firewall first if you are using the appropriate program. The leader in this area is Outpost Firewall. Pause the firewall or disable this program.
Step 2
Disable your antivirus software. If it is possible to disable only the traffic inspector built into it, then use it. Otherwise, right-click on the antivirus icon and select "Disable" or "Pause". Now press the Ctrl, alt="Image" and Del keys at the same time. Open Windows Task Manager. Go to the "Processes" menu. Find your antivirus in running tasks and right-click on it. Select the "End process" item and confirm the execution of this operation.
Step 3
If after these procedures you still cannot access the computer, disable the standard Windows Firewall. Open the start menu and open the control panel. Go to the "System and Security" menu. Find the Administration submenu and open it. Double-click the left mouse button on the "Services" shortcut.
Step 4
Find Windows Firewall among the running processes. Click on it with the right mouse button and select "Stop". Confirm to disable this service. Now right click again and go to firewall properties. Click the General tab and find the Startup Type item. Select the Disabled option for it. Click the "Apply" button and close the working window. Follow the same shutdown procedures for Windows Defender and Security Center services.
Step 5
Restart your computer and make sure that disabled programs and services have not been restarted. Try accessing your computer using other networked PCs. Do not connect your computer to the Internet using the specified parameters of the antivirus and services.
