A beautiful drawing on your desktop is the key to a good mood. The standard pictures offered by Windows quickly become boring and you want something new. It's good that there is a function to add any pictures you want. A short procedure to set up a new background, and your desktop will be happy with its appearance again.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have Windows 7 installed, first go to the start menu. From the menu on the right side, select Control Panel from the list. You will see the "Parameter settings" window. In the categories presented, select either "Appearance and Personalization" or "Personalization" if a general list opens. On the other hand, you can right-click on the desktop and select the "Personalization" item in the menu that appears.
Step 2
After that, you will be presented with a menu with a full range of visual settings from changing desktop icons to changing the mouse pointer. At the bottom right, you will find the "Desktop Background" shortcut.
Step 3
Here you can edit your desktop backgrounds. You can choose some picture for the background by indicating its path. To do this, click on the "Browse" item and specify the folder where the picture is located.
Step 4
In addition, there are additional settings for the position of the picture - it can fill the entire space of the desktop (Fill) or be located in the center (Center). You can select any one image, or several at once - for a slide show. You can independently set the frequency interval with which they will change using the "Change images every" item (for example, 10 seconds).
