If you are faced with the task of copying the contents of a PDF file and transferring it to a Word document, then most likely you will not be able to do it in the usual Copy - Paste way. Better to use a conversion program.
Necessary
PDF2Word or ABBYY PDF Transformer. Downloading programs is available on the official sites: www.toppdf.com and www.pdftransformer.abbyy.com
Instructions
Step 1
If you have installed PDF2 Word, open the program and select File - Open to add a PDF file that you want to copy.
Step 2
After you add the file, you will see a dialog box in which you can select various options for conversion settings. For example, on the Graphics tab, you can choose to copy text without pictures.
Step 3
Then you will be prompted to select a folder where the resulting Word document will be saved. After that, the conversion process will begin, the execution time of which will depend on the size of the original file. Upon completion of the conversion, the resulting Word document will be opened.
Step 4
If you have installed ABBYY PDF Transformer, open the Convert PDF section of the program and select the PDF file by clicking the Open PDF button.
Step 5
In the menu on the left, you can select the conversion settings and the path to the folder with the final file. After the settings are made, click the "Convert" button and after a while a finished Word document will open in front of you.
