The security code is used to prevent the loss of important data due to theft or loss of your phone. Allocate the phone and SIM card security code, depending on which code you need to unlock, you should take the following steps.
Instructions
Step 1
If your SIM card is blocked, then you will need a plastic package from the SIM card from which you removed it after purchase. Pin and puk codes should be written on it. If you have forgotten the PIN code, enter it using the first one printed on the package. If you have already entered the PIN code three times and the SIM card has been blocked, enter the puk code. In case of failure, you should contact the office of the operator to which you were connected to replace the SIM card. Keep in mind that to verify the rights to the SIM card, you must bring your passport or bring the owner of the SIM card, if it has not been registered to you.
Step 2
If you lock your phone, contact your phone manufacturer for an unlock code. This code can both unlock the phone by resetting the firmware, i.e. by erasing all your data and returning your phone to factory state, it's easy to reset all passwords. Be careful when using these codes if you do not want to lose all personal data stored on your phone.
Step 3
Use a flashing phone. Synchronize your phone with your computer using a data cable. Install all necessary drivers on your computer beforehand. Use a search engine to find the factory firmware for your phone model, as well as flashing software. Keep in mind that flashing will erase all your personal data and carry out this operation only if you are sure of your abilities.
Step 4
If you doubt your abilities, contact the service or warranty center. Remember that when you contact a service center for flashing, you may lose the warranty on your phone, therefore, it is preferable to communicate with an authorized warranty center of the manufacturer of your phone. Do not forget about your passport and documents on the phone, as well as the box and the cashier's receipt - you will be required to confirm the fact of legal ownership of the cell phone.
