Instructions
Step 1
Download Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool. If you have not yet installed this program, go to the manufacturer's website to download one of the versions of Kaspersky Anti-Virus. To do this, enter https://www.kaspersky.com/antivirus-removal-tool in the address bar. Select one of the versions and click the Download button. After this click, select the location to save the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool and click the "Save" button. Then activate the anti-virus by clicking the "Start" button. To fully install Kaspersky Anti-Virus, you will need to wait from a few seconds to one minute.
Step 2
Check out any single object. To do this, open the main window of the Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool to click the "Check" button located at the bottom of this window. After that, drag the object you want to the area to check. This area should also be located in the main window of the Kaspersky Anti-Virus program. You can perform the same action in a different way. To do this, open the file scan item and select the ones you need to scan them for viruses. Create a list of objects you want to check and add them to the check list. If you need to check the files completely, check the box next to "Include subfolders", and after "ok". Also click "ok" in the item "Checking objects". In a new window, the program will show you the verification process and its results.
Step 3
Check the entire system at once if you think this would be the best option. To do this, also run Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool.
Step 4
Open the main window of the anti-virus application, after which you will find a list of possible actions when working with Kaspersky Anti-Virus. Select the "Check" item in the menu, and then click on the "Full check" button. The anti-virus will start scanning your computer for malicious objects.
