Currently, for a large number of popular films, television series, anime, there are versions of alternative amateur "voice acting", distributed in the form of separate tracks. Some video viewing applications allow you to select an arbitrary file as an external audio track. But if the player does not have such a function, and viewing needs to be carried out, there is nothing left to do but replace the soundtrack in the movie. This can be done using modern digital video processing tools.
