If you shot a video, and the sound is poorly recorded, or is illegible due to strong background noise (wind, operation of equipment, sound of cars, etc.), you can always make a background from the titles. Adobe Premier will help you create titles.

Necessary
video, computer, Adobe Premier Pro
Instructions
Step 1
Launch the Adobe Premier Pro window 4. Click the File tab, then Import Video. In the window that opens, specify which file you want to import into the project. The program will automatically place it in the Project window. Drag the downloaded file onto the video track.

Step 2
Click on the "File" tab, select "New" and then "Title." The title creation window will appear. Create a title text (type it on your keyboard). Select the desired font, size, font color.

Step 3
Close the title, the program will automatically save it in the Project window. Then "drag" the title onto the second video track (Video 2), and position it above the video where the title should appear.

Step 4
When completing the title creation process, save the project. The video will be overwritten with any changes made.
