To keep track of the consumption of any item in the warehouse, it is not at all necessary to purchase the 1C version of the program. Using the Microsoft Excel application, you can create a simple table that will display the current state of the warehouse name.

Instructions

Step 1

To create a new table, click the top menu "File" and select "New". Additional options will appear on the right side of the window, left-click on the "Blank Book" link.

Step 2

Now the table should be created. You will need to freeze multiple rows and columns. Determine the number of columns and rows, as well as the column headings. It is worth noting that the cells in which the headers will be located must follow each other. Each record in the table can be formatted: set the font, its size and quantity, as well as the alignment of the text.

Step 3

Most likely, several cells will have to be merged to give a common name to the table. This operation is performed using the "Combine Cells" button. Then you can set your own style for this cell: right-click on the cell with the table header and select "Format Cells". The window for editing cell display parameters can be opened in another way: click the "Format" top menu and select the "Cell" item (keyboard shortcut Ctrl + 1).

Step 4

In the window that opens, go to the "Alignment" tab and set the appropriate value. The most common use for a title is "center" alignment, both horizontally and vertically. Click the OK button to close this window.

Step 5

It remains to enter values into all the cells of the table and set the design style. To do this, press the key combination Ctrl + 1. In the window that opens, go to the "Border" tab, where you can define the thickness and texture of each line of the created table. To color some cells, go to the View tab and choose a color from the swatches provided.

Step 6

To change the font of the selected cells, go to the "Font" tab. After changing the formatting settings for table cells, click OK to close the window. Then click the top menu "File" and select "Save". In the window that opens, specify the save folder, enter the name of the table and click the "Save" button.
