If you have a hard drive from a laptop, then the cost of an external case will be 200 - 300 rubles, and if you need a case for a hard drive from a stationary computer, then you will have to spend from 700 to 1500 rubles.

After the case is purchased, you can insert a disc into it and connect it to the computer via the USB cable that comes with the external case. The operating system of your computer will recognize the hard drive as a USB device, and all the data written to it will be available to you. Now you can start copying information to the new disk.
