There are two main methods of clearing the Microsoft Outlook calendar - data archiving or deletion. The difference is that when archiving, before deleting files, a copy of the data is created in a different Outlook format.

Instructions
Step 1
Click the "Start" button to bring up the main menu of the Microsoft Windows operating system and go to the "All Programs" item to perform the operation to clear the Outlook calendar data.
Step 2
Select Microsoft Office and go to Microsoft Outlook.
Step 3
Launch an office application and expand the calendar to be edited.
Step 4
Select the "Archive" item in the "File" menu of the upper toolbar of the application window and apply the checkbox to the "Archive this folder and all subfolders" field.
Step 5
Select the desired folder in the drop-down list and specify the desired date in the "Archive items created before" catalog. To archive all items, specify a date not yet due.
Step 6
Use the checkbox next to Include items with the Do not autoarchive checkbox to include previously excluded items in the archive list and specify the path to the folder where the data files will be saved.
Step 7
Confirm the execution of the archive command by clicking OK, or specify the calendar to be deleted in the Navigation Pane to completely clear the selected item.
Step 8
Expand the "View" menu on the top toolbar of the Outlook Office application window that is included in the Microsoft Office package, and select "Arrange By".
Step 9
Select Current View and expand the By Category node.
Step 10
Specify the line "Categories: (none)" and simultaneously press the function keys Ctrl + A to select all elements of the selected document.
Step 11
Confirm the delete calendar data command by pressing the Del softkey.
