Instructions
Step 1
There are several main ways to view video files obtained with a digital camera. The easiest one is to copy the information you need to your computer hard drive. Connect the camera to your PC with a suitable USB cable.
Step 2
Turn on the camera and wait for a new device to be detected. Open the My Computer menu. Browse to the contents of the camera's memory card. Copy the video files you want to your computer hard drive.
Step 3
Start the video using a special program. If the priority utility did not cope with the task, update the codecs for the player. This will expand the range of file types supported by the program you are using.
Step 4
You can also copy the information you want without connecting the camera to a computer. To do this, use a card reader. Remove the USB flash drive from the camera and connect it to the specified device. Follow the steps in steps two and three.
Step 5
In the absence of a stationary computer, you can use the TV to view video from the camera. Many digital cameras come with a special cable that has two RCA connectors.
Step 6
Connect the device to the TV using the specified adapter. In the TV settings, select the desired signal source. In this case, it will be the RCA IN item. Turn on the camera. Open the list of files located on the USB flash drive.
Step 7
Make sure the image is displayed correctly on the TV display. Start watching a video file. In the event that your TV does not have the channels you want, use the DVD player as an adapter. Connect the player to the TV, in turn, connect to the disc reader.
Step 8
Adjust the settings for your DVD player and TV. Start the video file using the camera menu.
