It distracts from the main work, and unnecessary programs can significantly slow down the functioning of the computer and cause serious problems with it. The process of removing an extra file is quite simple and does not take much time, and sometimes special utilities and additional time may be required to remove programs.

Instructions
Step 1
Install an anti-virus program on the computer, update the anti-virus database, check the computer and remove the detected viruses. Some files, the origin of which you doubt, will be deleted.
Step 2
Remove unnecessary files using the "Delete" menu item when you right-click on the selected file. If they are not removed (for example, files with an.exe extension), end the processes using these files before removing them.
Step 3
Remove unnecessary programs in one of two ways (1 way: "Start" - "All programs" - "extra" program - "Uninstall …"; 2 way: "Start" - "Control Panel" - "Add or Remove Programs" - " superfluous "program -" Delete "). Sequentially press the buttons designed to remove the components of the installed program.
Step 4
Remove unnecessary programs from Startup. Open the "System Settings" window ("Start" - "Run" - mscongif). Select the "Startup" tab and uncheck the boxes next to programs that, in your opinion, should not start automatically after the operating system boots. In this case, to clarify the purpose of the program, you can use the "Command" column, which contains the path to the selected program. Click the "Apply" and OK buttons, close the settings window.
Step 5
Clean your computer with CCleaner. The program allows you to delete temporary files of the explorer and the operating system, delete the last download paths, clear the history of visits and the list of entered addresses of Internet browsers. Use the CCleaner utility to check the integrity of the registry, first save the old copy on your hard disk. Remove programs that could not be removed using standard methods.
