A certain number of devices require a driver to work correctly. Hulet Packard hardware (HP for short) is no exception. Usually a disc with all the necessary software comes with office equipment. But even if it is lost, there is no particular cause for concern.

Step 1
This manual describes how to download the printer driver. But by analogy, it can be used to search and install drivers from any other manufacturers and any other equipment that needs a driver for correct operation. This method is completely free, except for the costs of paying for the services of your Internet provider.
Step 2
Go to the official website of the hardware and software supplier. In Russia, the official website of HP is located at the address indicated at the end of the article. Select "Support & Drivers" from the menu, and when the page refreshes, click on "Drivers & Software".
Step 3
In the box labeled “Enter Product Name / Number”, enter the make and model of your printer. This information can be obtained from the documentation for the equipment or read directly on the body of your printer. Click on the "Search" button.
Step 4
After a list of matches is generated upon request, you will see the available software versions under the field you just filled in. In the list, click on the link line of the product that suits you.
Step 5
A pop-up window will appear on a new page, select the software language you need in it. Next, specify your operating system in the window and click on the "Next" button. Resource filtering will be carried out again, after which a list of drivers that are suitable specifically for your operating system will appear.
Step 6
Click on the link line with the option that suits you to go to the download page. Click on the "Download" button, specify the directory where the installation file should be saved, and wait until the operation is completed.
Step 7
After the file is fully downloaded, open the folder where you saved it. Open the file by clicking the left mouse button. The "Installation Wizard" will start. Follow its instructions to install the printer driver on your computer.
